Typically, the best selection of Sunriver vacation homes will be directly after the previous summer, but it’s still early enough now to find a great rental for your family getaway. Sunriver offers guests and locals a variety of amazing hiking trails, lakes and outdoor adventures. The ever-growing popularity of the region makes it essential to book in advance to get the amenities you desire most. For family reunions, weddings and other group events, we also recommend booking early to get homes large enough for your entire group as well as homes nearby one another.
Sunriver Rentals with Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is one of the most requested amenities during the summer months. We have a selection of homes with A/C, but these book up very quickly. One of our talented reservationists can assist you in finding the ideal home for your needs, including air conditioning.
Big Sky 3 — This 6-bedroom home sleeps 16 and is perfect for multiple families, as well as family reunions. It includes A/C, a hot tub, 12 SHARC passes, and it’s pet-friendly!
Bittern 5 — Our largest home on the program, Bittern 5 is a guest favorite. This premier 8-bedroom home sleeps 20, includes A/C, a hot tub, 16 SHARC passes, bikes and is pet-friendly.
Meadow House 66 — On the smaller end of the spectrum, Meadow House 66 sleeps up to 8 in this 2-bedroom condo. It includes A/C as well as 6 SHARC passes. Located just steps from SHARC, this is a great condo for a small family.
Whistling Swan 2 — Located near the Deschutes River, Whistling Swan 2 includes both A/C and a hot tub. This three-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 and includes 8 SHARC passes.
Pet-Friendly Sunriver Vacation Homes
We love welcoming your furry friends into many of our vacation homes. Not every home on our program is pet-friendly; however we do have a wide selection of homes where your canine companion is welcome to join you for an additional pet fee.
Blue Grouse 4 — If you’re looking for an awesome, pet-friendly Sunriver vacation rental near the river, check out Blue Grouse 4. This 5-star, 5-bedroom home sleeps up to 14 guests and includes 12 SHARC passes. Blue Grouse includes a hot tub, pool table, gas BBQ and double garage, all 100-yards from the Deschutes River.
Pyramid 1 — Pyramid 1, which is located on the North end of Sunriver, is pet-friendly and includes a hot tub. This home also features 10 SHARC passes and sleeps up to 12 in four bedrooms. Your group will love playing ping pong and foosball during your visit!
Loon 24 — Another of our favorite homes near the Deschutes River, Loon 24 is a great home for guests planning to bring their furry friends. This two-bedroom home sleeps up to 7 and includes 8 SHARC passes, a hot tub and A/C!
Deer 2 — If you want to stay closer to the Village Mall, we suggest Deer 2 as a pet-friendly Sunriver vacation rental. Deer 2 includes a large deck with a hot tub. This 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 6 and includes 8 SHARC passes.
