Thank you reservations and Sunset Lodging for keeping our home rented with respectful renters all summer. We just spent a few days at our home, Woodland 6, and our next door neighbor who is a full-time resident there complimented the renters who have been in our home since Sunset has been managing it. He said that he hasn’t experienced any issues at all with any of the renters who have stayed there. Having a dependable cleaning service gives us the freedom to book back-to-back rentals when we couldn’t do that before. The linen service is a particular favorite, since Sunset’s sheets and towels are nicer than what we had in the house! Because Sunset does a check-in/check-out, we no longer have to give renters our lockbox code and then worry about changing it each time we come up. When our heating went out, Sunset was over immediately with space heaters for our freezing guests, while also coordinating a contractor to come fix the problem for us. Getting bulk rates on amenities like wireless internet, cleaning and snow removal not only helps us save a little money, but it cuts down on the number of bills and service providers we have to worry about.

It’s been great working with all your team! They all take pride in what they do and they do their jobs extremely well. My biggest concern 12 years ago when we bought the place was managing it from so far away in Texas/Louisiana. That said, you guys made everything easy and it didn’t take me long to figure out this was going to be a great partnership. Everyone has done a great job but in particular I want to thank Chris Sewright for all his help over the years. One call to Chris and whatever problem I had it was solved. He made my life easy.
