Follow these instructions to take advantage of this program. PRINT THE EXPRESS CHECK-IN FORM HERE , and return it to Sunset Realty's office via fax (541) 593-6864 or mail.

1. Pay the balance in full for your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival.
2. Take advantage of the Damage Waiver Plan.
3. Complete the acceptance portion of the Rental Contract by initialing "Yes" for Express Check-In and "Yes" for the Damage Waiver Plan. Sign and return the Rental Contract prior to your arrival via fax to (541) 593-6864.

Check in time at Sunset Realty is 4pm; however, during peak check-in periods a delay may be unavoidable. We thank you in advance for your patience.

RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations has officially announced a new ski shuttle bus that will run back and forth to Mt. Bachelor twice daily for our Sunriver guests. This is another one of our Sunset Perks! You must book your stay through REMAX Sunset Realty directly to ride the FREE shuttle.

This ski shuttle service is at no-charge to guests who stay with us, RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations, and is part of our Sunset Perks program, which entitles our guests to exclusive discounts on everything from recreation activities like skiing and golf to dining, shopping and spa services, plus free pool and tennis passes during the summer months and complimentary high-speed Internet access in all of our vacation rentals. All guests who stay with us receive their Sunset Perks pass at check-in.

OPERATING HOURS:
The shuttle will run Thursday through Monday at the scheduled departure times of 9:30am from the RE/MAX Sunset Realty office, located in the Village at Sunriver mall, next to the Country Store. Pick-up times from Mt. Bachelor ski resort will be at 2:30pm and 4:30pm at the West Village Lodge parking lot.

HOW TO SIGN UP:
You may sign up for the complimentary ski shuttle bus at our front desk 24 hours in advance if you book directly through REMAX Sunset Realty. Owner Guests do not qualify.

Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance at our front desk. Shuttle availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
